Ikea makes it very hard for me to sell my pieces, so I am on a bit of a budget. Needless to say, finding the perfect house for a person like me is no easy task. Although I love a nice coating of sawdust on my person regularly, I also happen to enjoy the finer things in life such as sushi, cigars, wine, and so on... So when I told Gretchen I wanted a beautiful home, not cookie cutter, but a unique, special, and in our budget. She politely smiled at me and rolled up her sleeves.
